  “Martin Gendel is a no good crook. He is a disbarred attorney who swindled retirement money out of his clients so he could pay for his mother's funeral. He has swindled money out of many people. He is not reliable. He runs illegal boarding houses that are unlivable, collects the rent money and does not pay utiities or make the promised repairs. See 70nline.com for more info.”
