Ncmi Corporation “I was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism of this facility. Holly was completely unfeeling, disrespectful, and judgemental toward my situation. I felt harassed and belittled and I believe she needs to be taught that there are people who know the law and if she is willingly speaking to people in this manner, she needs to be swiftly discharged. I further believe that this facility needs retrained on proper communication. In an event that i have an unresolved collection, i guarantee that will NOT deal with anyone of this sort again. What a disgrace!!!”
