Baxter Mitchell And Associates Inc
Collect from a Collection Agency???
“It took us a year of several faxes & over 30 phone calls to receive 3 payments totaling $535.00 from this company when they received $800.00 from my customer within the very first month of them taking on the collection. Monica S. was the initial marketing contact person, and Stacey & Kimberly were the main phone contacts of avoiding the phone calls and saying they would call us back but never did.\n\nBaxter Mitchell & Associates did not deliver the service as they said they would up front and they were extremely unprofessional to deal with.\n\nDebt Collection is their service and I had to collect from the collection agency.” -

RIP OFF!
“On February 6, 2006, I received a call from Karen Stevens, an employee of Baxter, Mitchell and Associates, who asked me if we at my company had any overdue accounts that need to be recovered. I told her that I would assign one (1) account to her for collection. She promised that status reports would be provided to me on a regular basis and when the debt was collected, the amount of the debt minus their fee of 25% would be forwarded to me.\n\nLater that same day, I received a fax from Debbie Martone to be completed and faxed back, which I did. After 2 months and I had received no status report, I called Baxter Mitchell & Associates and asked for one. I was told that only Karen Stevens could give me a report and she was not available. I left a message and as of this date, 15 months later, I have not received a return call from Karen.\n\nFrom April 13, 2006 to August 5, 2006 I made many telephone calls to Baxter, Mitchell and associates and found out how good they were at 'Passing the Buck' and ignoring phone calls. I left several messages for Matthew Perrin, Rick Pace and Karen Stevens and received no return calls.\n\nOn June 28, 2006, Rick Pace, the 'Boss', returned my call to him and stated that a check would be mailed to me on July 5, 2006. NO CHECK -NO CALL.\n\nOn August 14, 2006, Rick Pace signed for a Registed Letter from me, which he ignored. On April 17, 2007, my lawyer sent a Certified Letter to Rick Pace, which was returned 'Unclaimed.' \n\nI am totally dissatified with the services of Baxter Mitchell & Associates, and I urge all readers of this report not to patronize this agency or any of the employees whose name is included in this report. I have no choice but to sue them for my money. It should not have gone this far. \n\nAll Points Transportation\nGardena, California\nU.S.A.” -

Gillum Driskel and Associates “Gillum, Driskel & Associates is a scam they collected $1835.00 from our patient on 6/20/07. They will always tell you they will call you back and they never do. Very unprofessional. This has been a horrible experience. There are bad reviews everywhere. Of course we did not see those before choosing to do business with these scam artists. ”

Howell and Associates “I'd look around for another company. They will hang up on people attempting to settle their debt. Claim the infamous bad connection after calls drop and use other strong arm tactics.”
