  “Poor customer service, they are rude and make personal attacks while making an attempt to collect a debt. I called them wanting to take care of an account and they wouldn't take my money. Called the original biller and sent it back directly to them. Original biller is also disastisifed with their collection methods. Unethical and If I had to guess, probably illegal the way they are going about things.”
