  “They were horrible to me as well. In fact, I have people telling me that them sending sherrif's to my wife's house to collect or auction off our stuff was against the law and very shady. This was a $600 bill that the original company Bally's wrote off because I told them they lied to me during the signup process and refused to pay the bill. Horrible! They refused to respond to my many emails too.”

  “These are the rudest people that you will ever have to deal with. They called me about a bill that I had and I was willing to pay but instead of handling the matter in a professional fashion, they insisted on calling and harassing me saying things like why haven't you paid your bill? and don't get smart with me! The most unprofessional phone call I have ever received! Even if you have an unpaid bill, it does not mean that you are a bad person. Thats what these places automatically assume. If he would have been a little nicer to me and given me a chance to speak then maybe I would have been able to explain that I have been going through a horrible divorce and I have no money to my name! So screw all you money hungry recovery agencies have a little respect.”
